    The U.S. Supreme Court refused to dismiss composer Ray Repp's lawsuit against Andrew Lloyd Webber. Repp claimed that Webber's composition Phantom Song from the musical The Phantom of the Opera copied his 1978 composition Till You. The dispute began with a lawsuit filed in 1990.
