In 2002, he had the UK number one single “Colourblind”. He later played Billy Flynn in the West End production of Chicago and the lead role of Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls. Darius was found unresponsive in his apartment in Rochester, Minnesota, on August 11, 2022, and was pronounced dead later that day.

She later recorded the single “How Do I Live”, which reached No. 3 in the US in 1997 and No. 7 in the UK in 1998.
